Authors are invited to submit their contribution for review in the form of a full paper or an extended abstract in PDF format, with a minimum length of two US Letter (8.5’’ by 11’’) pages and a maximum length of three pages. The paper must contain enough information for the Technical Program Committee (TPC) reviewers to judge the originality and quality of the work. All manuscripts must be uploaded via EDAS® (paper submission opens on 29 Dec. 2017)
Accepted papers will need to be revised to address reviewers’ comments. The final papers need to be submitted via EDAS®, along with the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form. Note that plagiarism and self-plagiarism will be checked. Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, unless otherwise requested by the author.
If authors encounter any difficulties in uploading papers to the EDAS submission system, please click on the help button at the top of the page and the link to contact EDAS staff to log your query. This is the quickest way to receive assistance. Authors could also contact the GSMM 2018 steering committee via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Authors are required to use the IEEE manuscript template for conference proceedings.
- Initial 2-3 page paper or extended abstract due on 28 Jan. 2018.
- Acceptance Notification sent on 25 Feb. 2018.
- Final paper (full paper only) due on: 25 Mar. 2018.
- At least one author of each paper must register for the full conference. “No shows” or lack of registration fee payment will negate publication in the online proceedings.
It is highly recommended, and mandatory if you wish to publish your paper in IEEE Xplore, to check compliance of the manuscript files by using the PDF eXpress® tool, with the conference ID: 42578X
Be aware that creating an IEEE PDF eXpress™ account and converting or checking the source file may take some time and should not be done at the last minute. It is recommended that authors check possible compatibility problems early by uploading a preliminary version of the manuscript on EDAS. The manuscript can be replaced until the deadline.
Extended-Paper Submissions to MTT Transactions
Authors are invited to prepare extended versions of their papers for submission to the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques and the IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology. These will be submitted as contributions to regular issues, but with a note that it is an extension of the GSMM 2018 manuscript.
